#153 Ear Candy

I have been meaning to tell you guys about this little store called Ear Candy.

I really enjoy their jewelry and wanted to show you a few of my favorite things.

Sometimes you need big jewelry to finish your look. That is why I love this Bohemian Set.

Unfortunately the photo of the Necklace did not show the Wording clearly. However, It says:

#152 The Juicy Cafe

Today I went to check out the Juicy Cafe' in the Juicy Bomb sim.

It's a very quaint and peaceful little cafe'. I recommend it!

While I was there I shot a couple of photos for today's style.

I Love this little outfit! I found the skirt at the Zodiac Event and then I went to Boom and added the Thrill Halter. I love the combination. It's a match made in Fashion Heaven.

Just add the Jewelry and the hair, and you have a cute little style.

#151 Getting in the "LOOP"

Whenever I find new collaborated sale events, and see things I like, I normally look to see who the designer is. Then, I go to main store.  That is what I did with Loop. I won't go into details about how I found the shop (its a long drawn out boring story). Nevertheless, I found it and now I'm showing you the first of many outfits I gathered.

The thing I love the most about this *Charmed* outfit is that the designer has scripted the shirt to change the texture of the shorts that are worn over the bottom pants. So you can mix and match the pants. There are six different options for the Shorts and three options for the pants cuffs.

I added my favorite "Chuckers" from Delirium to the outfit to get the complete look I was going for.

Now in addition to finding this new designer, I also found a new pose shop. Fly Lily's has some pretty neat poses. Things I have never seen before.  So she offers this Hippity Hop ball as well. And we all know how much I love toys!

The ball offers 8 different poses. I chose only four here.

#149 Humanoid? Just add Pepper

After shopping at Pepper, I wanted to take a little journey around SL and find some great places.  I ended up landing in a lot of different sims that were either totally crowded with people or just did not offer photo opportunities.

So I did some looking and found this place called HuMaNoiD. When you rez into the landing zone, you are in the center of a circle of doors. Each Door takes you to a new place. Like a select group of dreams. Each door goes to a different unique little place.

This was the photo opportunity I needed!

I love to get lost in a sea of flowers. And one of the rooms was just that. Well not just...it also had a little cirque du soleil feel to it.

You will also encounter a room of spinning violins. AMAZING! I cannot even describe this to you in a way that you would imagine these places. It is just simply amazing.

So lets get down to the Look. Here is a closer look at what I am wearing. I decided for a more casual look today.

Of course the best sim in Second Life to take pictures for your Retro-liciious fun, is the Artilleri sim.

#147 Attachments and Abbey Road

I had the best time shopping today! I found so many fun things that I decided to wear them all at one time.  You know how you just find things that show a little bit of you here and a little bit of you there. The next thing I know I am completely hung with attachments and enjoying every little one.

I stopped in the London Sim to take pictures and this place is all decked out for the 2012 Olympics. It was really a great photo opportunity.

So you have to check out the Sale in A:B (Accessory Bone) and YoYo9! This is the same Sim as Mother Goose's skins. In the back you will find all the attachments I am wearing here. You can also find so many free skins and more at Mother Goose's. There are many many many Lucky Boards.

#145 Lazy Friday Quandry

Have you ever had one of those days where you feel lazier than the guy who designed the Japanese Flag? I mean, really!? 

I was having a quick afternoon conversation with Shayna Korobase, and then I told her that she would even look good in paperbag..which lends me to finding this paperbag at Jellybeans Toys' n Stuff.

 So I thought I would share my lazy day with you.

I was seriously feeling like paper bagging my head...so i did. But I have to say that while I was doing the Fifty Linden Friday shopping, I found these great shoes at Milk Motion. They are so fun...IF you like Jelly shoes.

But for now I feel like wasting away in the sun in my Artilleri Bikini and new Keyhole sunglasses. The sunglasses are an item on the FLF shopping list for today. They are a great find!

#144 Rainy Day with Yomeshoujo Style

Lately, I have been on the look-out for new style. I want to go places I have never been and see things I have never seen. Maybe it's a secondlife mid-life crisis. Yea..probably..

Anyway, I found this designer at the Pal's Meadow shopping center and decided to visit the mainstore. The mainstore is a fun little place.

 

This Happy outfit by Yomeshoujo is definately the cutest thing I have come across in a while. It can be used with the skirt/shirt or without it. The shorts are balloon shorts. I decided to add my favorite Mystic Necklace from ::Line:: and the Auralee Hair from Truth.

#143 Picking Petals

Do you ever just take time to stop and smell the flowers? I know it sounds cliche' but that is exactly what I did today.

I love this little pose by EY:NO. It comes with the hand attachments for the flowers and the petals. It also includes a color change HUD for the flowers.

I was shopping around at the Pal's Meadow shopping center and found this little outfit by a designer called ::Happy Ribbon::. This is the Fish Set in Blue.

#142 Playing with Mirror Water

For the longest time I have wondered "Why are there no Mirrors in Secondlife?"
I have read a few tutorials on how to make a mirror image in Photoshop, however I have no mind for Photoshop. I wish I did.
Nevertheless, we do have the option of using the water as a mirror. But this is terrain LL Water, not water you create :(.
But something is better than nothing.

This is how I was able to reset my settings, however I am still adjusting and playing around with the picture side of this new feature.
